Complete FAA Form 8500-8 Online! Copy and paste https://medxpress.faa.gov/ into a new web browser page to begin. The FAA MedXPress system launched in 2007 allows anyone requiring an FAA Medical Certificate or Student Pilot Medical Certificate to electronically complete the FAA Form 8500-8. First time users should go to the request account page and complete the form. Information entered into MedXPress will be transmitted to the FAA and will be available to your AME. Bring a copy of the submitted examination or the Confirmation Number with you to your AME at the time of your physical.
